Our Process
The Path to Workplace Resolution
1. Submit a Complaint
The employee or employer submits a labour dispute to NEC. The case is reviewed and assigned to a conciliator.
2. Conciliation Meeting
An NEC conciliator brings both parties together to discuss the dispute, facilitate dialogue, and work toward a fair and mutually acceptable solution.
3. Resolution
If an agreement is reached, the matter is settled and recorded. If no agreement is reached, the case may proceed to arbitration in accordance with the Labour Act.
